Refund policy

Gifts are generally not welcomed but can be accepted if a BIS client specifies that the service/product purchased should not be fulfilled by the BIS team when contacted by the team.

A full refund (with transaction processing charges deducted) is issued if a BIS client is not contacted within 5 days after a BIS product purchase is made.

A full refund (with transaction processing charges deducted) is issued if a BIS client is dissatisfied or chooses to opt-out of their service provision contract with BIS within 10 days after client is contacted by the BIS team; otherwise:

 

1) After 15 days, 5% of the purchased product becomes non-refundable.

2) After 30 days, 10% of the purchased product becomes non-refundable.

3) After 60 days, 20% of the purchased product becomes non-refundable.

4) After 90 days, 30% of the purchased product becomes non-refundable.

5) After 120 days, 40% of the purchased product becomes non-refundable.

6) After 150 days, 50% of the purchased product becomes non-refundable.

7) After 180 days, 60% of the purchased product becomes non-refundable.

8) After 210 days, 70% of the purchased product becomes non-refundable.

9) After 240 days, 80% of the purchased product becomes non-refundable.

After 270 days, 90% of the purchased product becomes non-refundable.

After 300 days, 100% of the purchased product becomes non-refundable.

No refunds after 300 days of service provision.

Fractions of refunds can be calculated for days of service and refunded to client after contact with the BIS team using the metrics set out above.
